Day 11.

Did I mention I hate Mondays? Picked flots again today. Not exactly conducive to not falling asleep. Didn't listen to music in the morning as the north crew again stayed in the lab. Conversed pre-lunch about numerous subjects and general nonsense.

Flot picking has become almost second nature. But it's just not interesting enough to talk about. Nothing spectacular from it. Sure, some pretty pieces of chert, the sherds are all chord marked, and the limestone is abundant. I guess I've found more shell pieces in the past few flot picking sessions than I had prior, but that's not enough incentive to type paragraphs about. God knows you're all bored to tears.

Anywho, after lunch followed Friday's time-warp with more Saves the Day and Reggie and the Full Effect. Listened to a live album called The Bug Sessions. Really took me back to the first time I saw them live (Dashboard Confessional, Saves the Day, Hey Mercedes, Alkaline Trio *drool*). The Reggie was Songs not to get Married To. Was decidedly darker than the usual upbeat and carefree music I was used to.

Cold this morning, busted out the pea coat. It snowed, didn't stick. Cold again tonight, maybe more snow. Cold again tomorrow, will be in the field in the morning. Joy. Ah well, it's a paycheck.
